It walked in Milan. It was designed in Dresden.
Anastasiya Brand designs in Dresden; the collection walked at Milano Fashion Week in 2024. Between those two sentences sits an assumption almost nobody says out loud but almost everybody brings along: high fashion comes from Paris, Milan, Antwerp — and not from Germany.
So the job wasn't to film a collection. It was to put that assumption to rest. A film that looked like German off-the-peg would have proven the opposite.
No runway recording, no backstage romance. Studio, controlled light, three films that read like a magazine spread: one for the fabric, one for the staging, one for the collection in motion.
The reasoning behind it is simple. Origin is arguable, craftsmanship isn't. Once you see the seam in close-up, you stop debating the postcode.
“My collection was staged exactly the way I had pictured it – even better. The team understood my brand's message immediately and translated it perfectly into high-quality photos and videos.”
